PUB-19 Public Services Team

Medina County District Library public services teams are established to recommend and coordinate system-wide planning and implementation of new public services policies and procedures, projects, programs and activities.

  • The Deputy Director is responsible for overall coordination of public services teams' activities.
  • A manager serves as a member of each team. Each team will have six members unless otherwise directed by the assistant director.
  • Public services teams work independently or in conjunction with other teams and departments.
  • Teams set annual goals and objectives
