Steps to Use the Laser Engraver:
- Select your materials.
- Create your artwork file in CorelDRAW.
- Select and apply your settings.
Tips:
- Every type of material will react differently with the laser.
- Similar materials use similar settings.
- Test your material before attempting your entire project.
- Start with lower power settings; you can re-run the job if needed (do not move the object).

- Polycarbonate/Lexan (>1mm)
- Polypropylene/Polystyrene Foam
- ABS (Cyanide Gas)
- PVC/Vinyl/Pleather (Chlorine Gas)
- Coated Carbon Fiber/Fiberglass/Rubber/Plastic
- Lead Crystal (Crystal Shatters)
- Mylar (Warps/Bubbles)
- Solid Styrene (Smoke)
- Carbon Fiber Mats (Noxious Fumes)

Printing Your File on the Epilog Engraver
- Open your file in CorelDRAW.
- Click File > Print or press CTRL+P.
- Click Preferences, then Advanced.
- Select your material profile and click Load.
- Click General and enter correct size, then click OK.
- Verify "no issues," then click Apply and Print.
Your job will be sent to the Epilog Laser queue for release and engraving.
