The MCDL Board of Trustees approves of an ongoing relationship between the library and a group of supporters who shall be called Friends of Medina County District Library.
DESCRIPTION OF FRIENDS OF MEDINA COUNTY DISTRICT LIBRARY
The Friends of Medina Country District Library is a group of dedicated volunteers who promote the library as a cultural, educational, and recreational asset in the community. Activities can encompass a variety of events to promote the library or raise funds for library purposes.

The Friends of Medina County District Library are governed by a Board of Trustees.
Book sales are held at various times throughout the year, depending on the branch. Small continuing book sales are held at some branches.
