Tax Forms
MCDL libraries offer a limited number of tax forms to the public. The library receives various forms and publications from the IRS and the State. Not all forms are available at the same time and not all libraries carry the same publications. MCDL has current copies of select IRS and State of Ohio tax forms for distribution or copying. City tax forms vary by location. Use MCDL’s public computers, Wi-Fi and printers to access tax forms and publications online.
