Summer Reading for Children

Get ready for a Bug Adventure with
Catch the Reading Bug at Medina County District Library locations this summer.
This year MCDL has joined with Libraries across the country
to bring you Catch the Reading Bug. The Summer Reading Children’s Game features illustrations by Harry Bliss.
Children and their parents will choose a reading goal to complete
for each honeycomb on the game board. Each time the goal
is met parents will initial a honeycomb.

Then you bring the game to the library to have it stamped.
When you reach the honeycombs marked 1, 2 & 3 stop by
the library to receive a prize. Every child who completes the
game will receive a book or a fun bug key chain.

Grand Prizes for 2008:
Build-a-Bears, gift certificates to the Build-a-Bear store and passes
to the Great Garden Adventure at Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens |
