Freegal Music offers access to about 7 million songs, including Sony Music's catalog of legendary artists. In total the collection is comprised of music from over 28,000 labels with music that originates in over 80 countries. There is no software to download, and there are no digital rights management (DRM) restrictions. Users have a download limit of 3 songs per week. Download music now. Freegal Music Service has launched free mobile apps, and they are currently available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

OverDrive also has music for your listening pleasure including many volumes of the popular NOW That's What I Call Music series. Note: one can listen to OverDrive music only on computers and through use of the OverDrive Media Console.

Streaming TV & Movies

MCDL offers free streaming videos, music, and audiobooks from two services. You can have accounts with both. All you need is your library card number and an Internet connection to gain free access thousands of feature films, television episodes and children's programming.

hoopla Hoopla streaming offers free digital video, music, comics, and audiobooks with your library card. Watch and listen on your smartphone, tablet or computer. There's no waiting to borrow and hoopla digital's automatic return eliminates all late fees. Movie and TV content is available for 72 hours (3 days) after borrowing. Music is available for 7 days and audiobooks for 21 days. Apps: Apple App Store and Google Play

Freegal Movies Freegal Movies and TV has thousands of feature films and television episodes from major content providers without downloading any software. Watch 3 different movies or television episodes each week. Each selection has a 48 hour viewing period and during that 48 hour period you may watch that selection multiple times on multiple devices. Apps: Apple App Store and Google Play

Our OverDrive collection also has available streaming movies. This collection includes genres such as comedies, documentaries, foreign films and more. These streaming movies are viewable via the OverDrive Media Console on your computer, smartphone or tablet.
