Blood Pressure Screenings at the Brunswick Library

Nurses from Southwest General Health Center offer free blood pressure screenings on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Brunswick Library.

They will also offer information on the following health topics:
July 27 - Waist Circumference - Your fat distribution is a telling sign for coronary artery disease, diabetes, and other health problems.  Find out if you are at risk.

Aug. 24 - Height and Weight Guidelines - The benefits of obtaining a healthy weight are endless. Discover where you are on the American Medical Association's guidelines.
