Heather oversees the promotion and marketing of all the libraries. She and her department design all of the promotional materials available at the libraries, from the Library Live quarterly newsletter to brochures and bookmarks. They update the news on the library web site, www.mcdl.info, as well as plan library events and inform the media of activities at the libraries.

Heather joined MCDl in April of 2004 as a Community Relations Associate. She is a graduate of the Myers School of Art at the University of Akron. She worked in the printing industry before joining the MCDL staff.
