Debbie Ensor - Collection Resources Manager
Debbie Pawlik

Debbie joined the MCDL staff in September of 1995. As Support Services Manager she is responsible for the selection, acquisition and evaluation of all library materials and oversees the work of the Collection Resources Department.

Her previous professional experience includes 11 years as the Director of the Seton Hill University Library in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the American Library Association, Public Library Association and the Ohio Library Council. She has served on OLC Intellectual Freedom Committee, the PLA Intellectual Freedom Committee and chaired the PLA Small to Medium Size Libraries Committee. In addition, she was a juror for the PLA Highsmith Library Innovation Award.

Debbie has an undergraduate degree in English from Carlow College, and a Master of Library Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Leadership Medina County Alumni (1997), a member of the Medina Noon Kiwanis, and the Honeybee Quilters.

She lives in Wadsworth with her husband Don.
