Responsible for the daily operations, activities and programs for Outreach and Bookmobile Services and supervises a staff of 14 employees. The Outreach Services Department's goal is to provide outstanding and innovative library services to people who cannot access the libraries.

Theresa worked in the Medina Children’s Department for 13 years as a Library Associate. In 2002 she became the Bookmobile Supervisor. She obtained her MLIS from KSU in 2003 and became Outreach Services Manager. Theresa's system-wide responsibilities include Volunteer Coordinator, Head of the Children's Team and Art Committee and she serves on the Training Advisory and Program Coordinator's committees.

Theresa is a member of Ohio Library Council where she is active in the Outreach and Special Service Division. She is also a member of the professional organizations; American Library Association, Public Library Association and Association for Bookmobile and Outreach Services. She also serves on the Membership Committee for Senior Services Network and is a member of the Medina County Resource Council. Theresa is a 2004 graduate of Library Leadership Ohio.

Theresa is a member of the Medina County Arts Council, Medina Art League, Leadership Medina County and Membership Chair for AAUW. She is an active member and volunteer at Holy Martyrs Church.
