Brian Hertzel is the Business Manager/Clerk-Treasurer for Medina County District Library. He joined MCDL in May of 2004. Brian serves as the financial officer for the library. He assists the Director with planning, monitoring and evaluating the library’s goals, needs, services and programs.

Brian has extensive experience in both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. Prior to joining the library, he was Vice President for Finance and Administration for Notre Dame College in Euclid, Ohio.

Brian has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from LeMoyne College and a MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.
