The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for all human resource functions of the library system including compensation and benefit administration, labor relations, contract administration, personnel policy and procedure development, and recruitment and training of staff.

Craig joined the MCDL staff in 2006. Before joining the library system he was employed in human resources in the financial services arena for 27 years. Prior to that Craig worked in data processing and taught high school. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and has extensive training in the field of Human Resources. Craig is active in county organizations including Medina County Safety Council and Medina County Chapter of Society of Human Resource Management. He is also active in the Medina Church of the Nazarene, serving on various committees and as Treasurer.
