Highland Library Construction Update
Highland LibraryThe new Highland Library will be 12,000 square feet in size with a
$4.4 million budget. 
The library will feature a Children’s Activity Room for story times and children’s programming, a Fireplace Reading  Room, a dedicated Teen section, Self Check-out Machines, After Hours Pick-up Lockers and Wireless Internet.
